Lynn McLaughlin

An Award-Winning and Amazon Best-Selling Author, Lynn McLaughlin is now co-authoring a children's book series titled, "The Power of Thought" with her niece, Amber Raymond (MSW). A fun, evidence-based series of books that will not only help children understand their emotions but give them some tools and strategies they need to cope with situations in everyday life.

Lynn is also the host of the podcast, "Taking the Helm" The focus of the podcast is shifting to Emotional Well-being in April 2023.

Lynn is a life-long educator and is driven, through her personal experiences, to help us become self-advocates and make conscious, positive choices.

Lynn has experience in public speaking engagements locally, provincially and internationally. She is now speaking at parent/community events and conferences.

Lynn is an active Rotarian committed to local community causes. She is a member of 100 Women Who Care Windsor/Essex and works tirelessly to support the goals of the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada.

Lynn McLaughlin was a Superintendent of Education and also served in three different school boards as a school administrator, teacher and educational consultant. She now teaches at her local College.
